The Multi-Purpose Building is located on the Regional Park property and is adjacent to the covered pavilion. The build is use for recreation program, meeting, trainings, dinners, weddings, birthday parties, dances, and much more.

The building is 70 feet long X 35 feet wide; ceilings are 9 feet 10 inches tall. There are tables and chairs enough to seat 160 & they are not to leave the building.

The building has two dividers that can divide the building into three separate rooms, the Nevada room seats 46 people, the Gold room seats 68 people, and the Sage room seats 46 people. There are restroom facilities and a foyer. The building also includes a kitchen with cooking capabilities. The building can be rented in full or by only the parts needed, as well with the use of the outdoor cover pavilion area. 

There is a $100.00 security deposit required with any rental.  The deposit is fully refundable if the building is clean and there is no damage at the end of an event.  The deposit is $200.00 if alcohol will be sold or served during the time of the rental.

All online rental requests must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.  You must contact the Parks and Recreation Office at (775) 423-7733 if you are trying to book the facility under the minimum required time.
