Registration accepted at Churchill County Parks & Recreation located at 325 Sheckler Road.

Mail-in
Checks payable to: Churchill County Parks & Recreation or (CCPR). 325 Sheckler Rd., Fallon, NV 89406. Send forms, payment, and stamped return address.

Drop-off
Night drop in slot of our drop box located in the parking lot of the Parks & Recreation office and please indicate which program you are registering and who is being registered.

Important Information
REFUNDS – No cash refunds will be given at any time. A Participant who withdraws from a program prior to the registration deadline is entitled to a full refund, minus a five dollar ($5.00) administration fee. After the registration deadline, no refund will be given. (A copy of the refund policy will be supplied upon request.)

General Policies

1. We accept cash, check, visa, and master card for payment.

2. Registration may or may not be accepted by instructor.

3. The Department has the right to cancel classes.

4. Classes may be cancelled if under minimum enrollment.

5. Advance registration required for all programs.
