PATH Provisional Assistance and Transitional Housing
All transitional housing participants will enter the program through PATH (Provisional Assistance and Transitional Housing), a 30 day provisional phase that assesses participants:
- Willingness to participate
- Ability to complete program requirements
- Ability to address basic life needs
- Ability to pass background check
If the participant successfully completes the necessary requirements of the PATH phase they will be eligible to enter the SHOR (Supportive Housing Opportunities and Resources) phase of the program. Failure to successfully complete the requirements of the PATH phase is cause for termination from the transitional housing program.
