The first year of the Turkey Trot was 2011.  This event was held as a chance to get some exercise right before the Holiday season begins.  It will be held annually in November for the community.  Each year it will be used to benefit a charity of some kind.  The initial organization was St. Jude's Children Hospital, year two brought donations to the Students in Transition Program.

We would like to give a special thank you to everyone involved that helped make this event such a success including the City of Fallon and the Churchill County School District.
