Event Sponsorship Opportunities
Churchill County Parks and Recreation hosts many events each year that require sponsorship funds to help make it a success for those who participate in the events. A brief list of the current events requiring sponsorships follows:
5K / Running Events:
- New Year's Day 5k
- President's Day 5k
- Rattlesnake Trail Run
- Dust Devil Sprint Triathlon (USAT Sanctioned)
- Running with the Cows
- Turkey Trot
Cycling Events:
- Youth Ride
- No Hill Hundred Century Bike Tour
Fishing Events
- Youth Fishing Derby
- Lahontan Fishing Tournament
Youth Sports Events
- Fallon Shootout Youth Coed Basketball Tournament
- Fallon Youth Football Clinic
- Youth Volleyball Clinic
There are more events popping up year after year that require sponsorship. Please e-mail or call the Parks and Recreation Office for additional events and information.
Sponsorship Guidelines
Corporate Sponsors
Logo on all event shirts - $200.00
Logo on special event attire (Jerseys, etc.) - $400
Combo Deal Shirts/Jerseys - $500.00
Promotional Items (Bags, Chapstick, Logo Patch) - Depends on Item $150 - $300
Raffle Prizes - We accept all donations for prizes to be added to events that have raffles. Items we look for are sport particular items (running, cycling, etc.), hotel stays, gift cards or gift baskets. |
Local Sponsors
Logo on all event shirts - $100.00
Logo on special event attire (Jerseys, etc.) - $200

Sponsopship Perks:
All Sponsors will recieve the following perks for becoming an event sponsor. Not only will your organization be on shirts, your organziation will be listed as a sponsor on the county website. We will also place a banner up at the event if you choose to display your organization/business. Also, if you would like, we will allow you to have a booth at the event or have us hand out your own promotional items at the event.
