Appeal of Planning Staff Decisions
Appeals of Planning Department staff decisions may be appealed by the applicant or any aggrieved party to the County Commission following the procedures in Churchill County Code 16.08.050.4 within 10 days of the date of the decision. The County Commission may affirm, modify, or reverse the decision. Cost for filing appeal: $250.

Appeals of Planning Commission decisions may be appealed by the applicant or any aggrieved party to the County Commission following the procedures in Churchill County Code 16.08.050.4 within 10 days of the date of the decision. A decision of the County Commission is final. Any appeal of its decision shall be in a court of competent jurisdiction within the time frames established by the Nevada Revised Statutes.
