It is unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or association to engage in any business, trade, calling, industry, occupation or profession in the county, outside the limits of the city of Fallon, without first obtaining the appropriate license, permit and employment certificate and also without first paying to the county a fee, as established by resolution of the board of county commissioners. Churchill County Code requires that you obtain either a Special Use Permit or a Home Business Permit prior to applying for your business license.
